  • Participants can earn Continuing Education hours by attending sessions and/or viewing session recordings on-demand following the conference, making this a meaningful and accessible way to fulfill annual professional learning requirements.

  • Customers can gain up to 36 hours and 25 minutes of credit hours. Certificates of attendance can be accessed by completing the Learning Lab Exit Ticket.

  • If customers only attend live sessions and don’t watch any recordings, they can gain up to 10 hours and 40 minutes of CPE credits due to concurrent session conflicts. 36 hours and 25 minutes is the total session time available if they choose to watch the rest of the sessions on-demand.

  • Participants can earn credit by attending live sessions or viewing session recordings and completing the Learning Lab Exit Ticket. Certificates of participation/completion will be distributed via email after the event.

  • Yes, a certificate will be sent after the conference upon completion of the Learning Lab Exit Ticket. The number of credits listed will correspond to the sessions customers attended or viewed, with credit typically assigned based on session duration (e.g., 1 credit per hour of instruction).

  • If customers attended multiple sessions, they can request one certificate of attendance with their total hours of credits included by completing the Learning Lab Exit Ticket. The exit ticket allows customers to select all of the sessions they attended, and calculates the total session duration for based on the sessions they select. The total session duration is used to calculate the Professional Development credits (e.g. 1 credit per hour of instruction).

  • Yes, sessions will be recorded. If you register for the event, you will receive access to the recordings once they are available.

  • Yes, registered attendees will have access to the session recordings for on-demand viewing until July 17th, within the Zoom Events lobby. You will receive a link to the recordings soon after the event ends. After July 17, you can view the recordings by logging into your account in Studies Weekly Online, and accessing them through the Training Tab.

  • Registered attendees can find recordings in the event lobby or through the event’s Sessions tab.

Access the event lobby through the event’s details page or the provided link.

2. Find Past Recordings:

In the lobby, navigate to the “Other Sessions” section and locate the “Past recordings” area.

3. Watch Recordings:

Click the “Watch Recording” or “Re-Watch Recording” button next to the desired session.

4. Sessions Tab:

  • Registered users can also find recordings on the event’s Sessions tab by clicking “Watch Recording”.

  • All customers can find recordings in Studies Weekly Online after July 17th by navigating to the Training & Resources tab. Learning Lab session recordings are housed on the Learning Lab page organized by conference year.

  • Recordings will typically be available within a few hours after the conclusion of the the live sessions. An announcement or email will be sent with access instructions.

  • Yes, participants can earn credit by viewing session recordings and completing the Learning Lab Exit Ticket. Certificates of participation or completion will be distributed via email after the event.
