User Conference FAQs

How much does the Learning Lab User Conference cost?

It’s free! All you need to do is register above.

Do I have to watch each session at its specific time or can I watch a recording?

The Learning Lab User Conference is a live virtual conference, and registrants will need to join each session at the start time listed on the agenda to attend. For registrants who are unable to attend live, each session will be recorded and shared with conference registrants shortly after the conference concludes.

Are CEUs provided?

Yes. CEUs are available for attendees and you can earn them by submitting the exit ticket at the conclusion of each session. You will receive an email with a certificate of attendance.
For registrants who are unable to attend live, you will find the link to the exit ticket at the end of each session recording, and you can still submit it for the certificate of attendance.

Do I need to sign up for each separate session?

No. Once you’re registered, you will receive an interactive agenda with hyperlinks to each session, so you can jump in or out of any of the sessions across all the conference tracks.
